Nashville or Bust – Music to the Ears

Jimi has a a lock on a good hotel that is 1.9 miles from the stadium for the Olympic qualifying matches. The Hilton Garden Inn Nashville/Vanderbilt is located right on Broadway and right next to Vanderbilt University.

After speaking with our man on the scene (alias JohnHarkes6), the roadtrip crew has chosen this option. JH6 has assured us that if people decided to walk from the hotel to the entertainment district and/or stadium there is no need to worry about crime or bad neighborhoods along the way. If people do not want to walk the hotel also offers shuttle service within a 3 mile radius of the hotel.

The U.S. U-23 MNT will play all of its group matches at LP Field in Nashville. The team was drawn into Group A in the 2012 CONCACAF Olympic Qualifying Tournament and opens group play against Cuba on March 22 at 8 p.m. CT. The U.S. faces Canada on March 24 at 6 p.m. CT and El Salvador on March 26 at 8 p.m. CT. Each game will be the second match of a doubleheader event.

The cost for tickets to the match are $21 each and $25 for non-members for ticket-only orders.

All packages are based upon double occupancy. If you are not an SE member the fee per package is $10 more.

1 night + 1 ticket = $85/$95

2 nights + 1 ticket = $145/$155

3 nights + 2 tickets = $230/$240

4 nights + 2 tickets = $290/$300

5 nights + 3 tickets = $370/$380

6 nights + 3 tickets = $430/$440
