US Supporters Tailgate
Saturday, October 11
RFK Stadium, Lot 8
(look for the black Screaming Eagles tents)
Tailgate Timing (we’re assuming lots will open 4 hrs before kick off as usual, if earlier we’ll adjust this)
- 3:00 pm Beverage tent opens
- 3:30 pm The Fabulous Buffet opens
- 5:45 pm Grills shut down
- 6:00 pm Buffet closes
- 6:30 pm Beverage tent closes, head inside
Menu: The SE tailgate has standard fare like hot dogs and burgers (veggie and meat) but we also have other assorted sausages, grilled chicken breasts, Jamaican beef patties, ravioli and grilled pizza (all lovingly
prepared by the SE grill team). SE members contribute a wide variety desserts and sides (don’t have to be homemade or enough to feed an army). If you can bring sides or desserts to share, please contact Thea at thea@screaming-eagles.com
Drinks: We will have 14 kegs available for drinking Saturday, with 11 different types of beer (and one hard cider) represented. They are: Guinness, Spaten, Bell’s Best Brown Ale, Bell’s Two-Hearted Ale (IPA), Samuel Adams Boston Lager, Bass, Stella Artois, Yeungling, Dominion Ale, Budweiser, Miller Lite, and Blackthorn Hard Cider. We will also have some hard liquor kegs along with soda and water. We do check IDs for 21+ for alcoholic drinks.
Tailgate Passes
SE Members-You can flash your 2008 SE ID card to drink for free, you’ll need to purchase pass to go through the buffet ($8 in advance/$10 on game day)
Non SE Members-for food and/or drink ($8 in advance, $10 on game day)
Please order passes in advance, it REALLY helps with menu planning if we know how many are coming.
You can pre-order passes for pickup at the ticket pick up table at the tailgate (next to SE membership) via Paypal by sending to payments@screaming-eagles.com (in the subject header write US-Cuba Tailgate, in the notes section, please indicate how many you are purchasing). If you order by 4 pm Friday, Oct 10 we will have your name on a list, after 4 pm please print off your Paypal receipt and bring with you to the tailgate (we need a confirmation of pre-payment). If you need to purchase tickets on game day, inquire at the ticket pick up table.
At the tailgate turn in your pass at the tailgate check-in table where you will receive a wristband and then you can belly up to the buffet and drinks tent.
