Fantastic Five Make History at Philly

Bus to Philly

Roadtrippers Witness United History

The Black & Red hordes were not to be disappointed on their adventure to scenic PPL Park! Sure, the scoreline was not what they would have hoped for, but that did nothing to dampen their enthusiasm at the match or for the future!

These lucky souls can all claim to have been present to see FIVE homegrown players step on the field for D.C. United, including Collin Martin’s impressive first start and Michael Seaton’s league debut. Why, he wasn’t even born before the league began but got his taste of the Philly boo birds!

The future is bright indeed and we suspect the result would have been completely different if the DCU Academy grads had been playing alongside Luis Silva, Chris Pontius and Nick DeLeon!

Chelsea and Roma

Thumbs Up for the Ticketmistress

Thanks so much to Nicole who made so many fans happy at the Chelsea vs. Roma match at RFK by giving them outstanding seats with a smile!!

Those that were left behind from all the fun in Chester, PA got a chance to see Michael Bradley more than hold his own in a tight match that had everything from laughable goalkeeping errors to crunching tackles and a Frank Lampard rocket to please the Special One.

Too bad the parking for the match was such a fiasco!

Return of Ryan

Welcome Back, Ryan!

The Black & Red have some Canadian clashes upcoming as we play Montreal away and Toronto at home.

Nicole is already taking orders for the TFC game at RFK on August 24th for all of our sections. Let’s welcome back legend Ryan Nelsen to RFK with a little inhospitable heat for his squad!

Hopefully Luis Silva will continue his goalscoring heroics and show his old club what they are missing!
