US Fans Can Now Chill
What a wild period this has been for USA fans! From the fireworks put on display at RFK for the Centennial match against Germany to the victories in Seattle and Sandy it has been a fun run for the Red, White and Blue faithful.
After all that heavy lifting and a purple patch for Jozy, we can just relax in Lot 8 without worry until September rolls around. We now turn our attention back to the Black & Red this weekend with the visitors from San Jose dropping in on us and Bill Hamid doing his best to shut them out.

And as a bonus for our continued support through thick and thin, members can get tickets to the quarterfinals at the Plex for just $10.

Come Early and Enjoy Lot 8 Fun
We may have consumed all of The Tradition last week, but never fear we will have some great suds from DC Brau on tap along with Oberon, Two-Hearted, and Longboard to wash down all of the great grilled items at our tailgate in Lot 8!
Come join us from 3pm onward as we discuss everything from Jaime Moreno being voted into the D.C. United Hall of Tradition to Andy Najar’s incredible showing for Honduras.
If you would like to join the volunteers who make all this possible, just drop a note to Thea at firstname.lastname@example.org and she will welcome you with open arms!
Get Martin to Sign
You may recognize one of our members from the sidelines shooting match after match, but Martin Fernandez has another love involving two wheels. He has embodied our club motto of Standing Up for D.C. by writing another terrific guide to the area’s best rides.
Save the date of July 14th and join Martin at Port City Brewing Company for the first public event related to the book from 3pm to 6pm. Martin will be on hand to sign copies of his new book, “Best Bike Rides Washington D.C.”
Good friends, good rides and good beer – what’s not to love?
