CLEAN UP AT KETCHAM ELEMENTARY

A few SEs joined the United for DC gang on Saturday to help with some weeding, flower planting and painting at Ketcham Elementary School in southeast Washington, DC.   There was a fabulous praying mantis hiding in the weeds (which was cool) along with a mouse living in a hole in one of the window sills (yuck!). SE TUBING TRIP IS ON

Our river tubing trip for Saturday, August 28 is on. We have a few spots left on our mini van (and a few extra tubes reserved if you wish to drive yourself to Front Royal, VA).

COST $60 (SE members/Non) for bus and tubing
Tubing only $20

Persons under 18 can come but must me accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No one under six can use the tubes.

Everyone must complete a waiver form (will be sent in advance and we will have some extras on the bus).

**DEADLINE**: We have to reconfirm tube number by COB on Wed, Aug 25 so please RSVP to kim@screaming-eagles.com by 2 pm this Wednesday. All payments must be in to the SEs by Fri, Aug 27. You can send via paypal to payments@screaming-eagles.com

You can bring coolers, NO GLASS BOTTLES, NO STYROFOAM
Must wear shoes that stay on feet (no flip flops)
