Annual Meet the Team Event for United Full Season Plan Holders

D.C. United will be hosting it’s annual Meet the Team event for full season plan holders on Sunday, July 25 at RFK Stadium from 1 pm-4 pm. Plan holders need to bring their DC United membership card (came with your season tickets) and then enter at the turnstiles by the team store (main gate). From there you will be directed to enter the field area (near section 222). Park in lots 4 and 5, overflow in lot 8. Players will only sign one item per person and they will have autographed copies of their 2010 player cards (I’m getting the Kelderman and Simpson signed!). If you’re not a plan holder, note that the SEs have their own members-only Meet the Team shindig so stay tuned for details on this year’s event.
Thanks and Pictures from Sunday
Thanks to all who donned their best Aloha shirts and got into the luau spirit on Sunday (and congrats to Team USA for winning the cornhole tourney!) A GIANT sweaty hug to the tailgate crew who stood out in the heat and next to hot grills (and didn’t set their hula skirts on fire!) We have a few pics from the tailgate on the SE Facebook page. Please tag if you see yourself or friends. If you have your own pics, please add them there.
