Come out this Sat and wear your favorite club or country soccer jersey and help raise money for Soccer in the Circle.

Dupont Festival: Soccer in the Circle (SITC) is currently working on a plan to show the June 12th games of the 2010 World Cup on screens inside Dupont Circle in conjunction with showings at neighborhood bars. Sponsors for this event include the Embassy of South Africa and the Screaming Eagles. More information about SITC can be found on their Facebook page. An Afternoon and Evening of Soccer

2:45pm – Champions League Final

5:00-8:00pm – Bar Crawl to numerous Dupont Circle bars in support of SITC.

$10 minimum donation gets you drink specials at all participating bars during Bar Crawl and DC United Game!

Please make your donation right here (please bring receipt to show you’ve paid) or SEs can take cash at Public Bar. Bar crawl participants must be at least 21 yrs old and are responsible for their own food and drink costs.

Participants are encouraged to use Metro, please be safe. We’re setting a schedule if you want to join the SE crew or you can hit the participating bars at your own pace.  If you have questions, please send an email to Kim (kim@screaming-eagles.com). She’s going to be sitting at Buffalo Billiards collecting donations from 5-7:30 so if you just want to hang in one spot, she wouldn’t mind the company (especially if you’re buying! ).
