This week, United for D.C. are the beneficiary of What’s The Deal D.C.
What’s the Deal DC, a locally grown website offering discounts on restaurants, spas, theaters, bars, and other cool things to do around the DC Metro area, is hosting a charity promotion this week.
If you sign up for What’s the Deal DC’s e-mail newsletter & select United for D.C., (from January 11th, 2010 to Sunday, January 17th) What’s the Deal DC will donate $1 to the foundation!
Talk about a pretty simple way to kick in for a great charity!!
Just click here to help United for DC.
The only thing you need is a few seconds & an email address!
This is SUCH an easy way to support the foundation & get in on some good deals!
And don’t worry, you only receive emails when a new deal is released, so your email address will not get flooded from signing up!
So, spread the word as far and wide as you can this week!
Everyone can get in on the deals – from your friends, family, teammates, that know-it-all boor in your book club, your hairdresser, you get the idea…

Next Monday is Martin Luther King Day; which is also a national day of service!
There are a large amount of events taking place throughout the district; but D.C. United has selected the event below.
To sign up, please follow the link to sign up directly through their registration and ALSO forward Kat Cheshire your confirmation email so that she knows you are participating on behalf of D.C. United.
There are only a certain number of spots left so sign up soon!
