Tailgate: You can pre-order passes for pick up at the SE membership table, $7 for members and $10 for non (Non members need a pass even if they’re only drinking). Send payments to payments@screaming-eagles.com via Paypal and indicate how many passes you’re buying. If you place order after 4 pm on Friday, print off and bring your receipt with you (otherwise we have no idea if you’ve pre-paid).

3:30 pm Beverage tent opens
4:00 pm The Fabulous Buffet opens
6:00 pm Tailgate Pass sales end
6:30 pm Buffet closes
7:00 pm Beverage tent closes, head inside
Sides and Desserts Needed 
If you can bring something, please contact Suzanne at queenofcheese@screaming-eagles.com so we know what’s coming. If you’re bringing something that needs to be heated in a warmer we REALLY need to know in advance so we leave a warmer for you. Items can be homemade or store bought (even a jar of salsa!)
Volunteers
We really need other people to step up this week as many of the usual suspects not coming (something about a date with Ovechkin). Volunteers get to eat for free (and if we think you’re cool, we’ll tell what’s in the secret sauce). If you can help, send a note to Thea at thea@screaming-eagles.com .
SE Wine Clubbers Again, we need a volunteer or two to mind the tent as the usual people not available If you can help, send an email to Kim at kim@screaming-eagles.com (if no one steps up we just won’t have this week, no biggie).
