The last day to sign up is Wednesday, June 3rd, so what are you waiting for?

There are already 33 folks on our team, but the more the merrier.

Our D.C. United team consists of staff, players, player’s families, supporters groups, and fans!

Up to 75 percent of the money raised by the Susan G. Komen Global Race for the Cure stays in the D.C. area to fund screening, treatment and education programs through the National Capital Area Grant Program. The remaining dollars support the Global Promise Fund, reaching underserved people in areas where breast cancer mortality rates are the highest.

Heck, if you don’t want to walk or run in this fabulous 5K right in the heart of the Nation’s Capital, you can do the shorter one mile version (perfect for the little ones) or you can even sleep in for the cure.

If you can’t make it at all you certainly are more than welcome to donate – as we are getting ever closer to our goal of $3000 to help fight breast cancer.
