We don’t really know what the weather is going to be like around 5 pm today when the tailgate gets started (but you can follow the Post’s Weather Gang for the latest updates) but we do the know the best way to stay dry is with a Screaming Eagles poncho! 

The poncho is the membership renewal gift for members who joined in 2007 or earlier (if you joined in 2008 you will receive the silk SE scarf when you renew). The ponchos are available for purchase.

All renewal gifts and new member jerseys can be picked up at the SE membership table at any tailgate so please stop by (we need to clear them out of the pod!)

If you need help figuring out which is the arm hole and the head hole we can do that too!!

LAST CHANCE TO GET ON THE BUS

We can take a few more people on the bus up to Giants Stadium for the D.C. United-NY Red Bull game this Sunday. Jimi will be at the tailgate tonight OR send him an email at roadtrips@screaming-eagles.com if you want to sign up.  Details for the trip are here.

D.C. United Racing for a Cure

D.C. United is putting together a team for the annual Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and we’ve been invited to join them. The Screaming Eagles have a long history of Standing Up to help in this event. Our teams have raised thousands of dollars through the years and we hope to be able to continue to do so until a cure is found.

To register for the D.C. United team go here (if you’ve already registered for the race you can still join the team). Team name is D.C. United and the password is Talon. If you’re iffy on walking that distance, don’t worry, you can do it!
