Screaming Eagles Pub Crawlpocalypse II!

The NW DC SE regiment are throwing another monster of a pub crawl January 24, culminating in a viewing party at Momo’s for the US-Sweden game. ALL US supporters are invited.

The plan is to start out at Duffy’s (2106 Vermont Ave., NW, across Vermont from the 9:30 Club). We’ll kick things off at 4:00, but feel free to get there earlier. From there, we’ll move on to the downstairs bar at DC-9 (1940 9th St. NW, just below U St.) around 5:30. Then it’s on to Polly’s (342 U St. NW) around 6:30 and lastly to Momo’s (1334 U St. NW) at 7:30 to continue the pre-game festivites. Time are all approximate.

Duffy’s, the first stop, will be offering weekday happy hour and food specials to us, ‘cuz our NW DC regiment captain asked nicely.

Please wear your US jersey, SE jersey or American Outlaw gear so we can keep track of people on the crawl. Obviously you must be 21 and up to participate. This area is easily accessible by Metro (exit at U St).

Shepherds needed

We could use some volunteers to help usher people around U street during the pub crawl as some of the usual suspects who volunteer will be out of town that day. The main job is to make sure that no ones gets left behind when the group moves to the next place. If anyone wants to stay longer at a place (or the whole group does) that’s fine, the schedule is flexible as long as you get to Momo’s by 7:30 pm (they’re holding space for us however it’s helpful to have butts in the seats).
