SE Tailgate

Volunteers Needed: in all of the usual areas (set up/pack up, grill, buffet, drinks and membership table). If you can volunteer, please contact Thea at thea@screaming-eagles.com

Sides and Desserts Needed: If you can bring something to share, please contact Thea so we know what to expect (thanks to all who have been bringing items!)

Tailgate Timing Friends, we REALLY need tailgate attendees to take note of the timing of the tailgate and plan their arrival accordingly so EVERYONE can get inside on time. Please fold up your chairs and put back in it’s condom (if there is one) and return to the pod on the left. If you can help with setting up and packing up other items up, please contact Jeff at tailgates@screaming-eagles.com

6:15 pm Grills shut down

6:30 pm Buffet closes

7:00 pm Beverage tent closes, head inside

Tailgate Passes
Member passes are $6, non member $10 (non member pass is good for drinks and food). Please order passes in advance, it REALLY helps with menu planning if we know how many are coming.

You can pre-order passes for pickup at the ticket pick up table (next to membership) via Paypal by sending to payments@screaming-eagles.com (in the notes section, please indicate how many you are purchasing and if member or non-member). If you order by 4 pm Friday, Aug 22 we will have your name on a list, after 4 pm please print off your Paypal receipt and bring with you to the tailgate (we need a confirmation of pre-payment). At the tailgate turn in your pass at the tailgate check-in table where you will receive a wristband and then you can belly up to the buffet.

Passes for the tailgate are also available for purchase on the day of the game, cash only, at the SE ticket window.

Name that Tune-Win a Free Tailgate!

Come up with the best song title that best describes our upcoming game against the Colorado Rapids and you can win a free tailgate (title can be something you make up or from an actual song). Email your entry to Kim by 5 pm on Friday, August 22 (include your name and email address). The winning entry will be posted on Saturday along with the playlist for the tailgate (winner will also be notified by email so please put email address you can be reached at during the weekend). Winner must use tailgate pass on the weekend that they win.

For all of the other events going on at RFK and after the game, go here. NOTE: D.C. Jam Session will be going on in lot 8A from 2 pm-7 pm. We’ve been assured that this shouldn’t affect our SE tailgate however lines into lot 8 might be longer so time your arrival accordingly.
