Contact the SE Ticket Mistress at tickets@screaming-eagles.com OR call (202) 544-6744 and press #1 to leave a message). Nest tickets ordered in advance are $25. Deadline to order in advance is 4 pm, Thursday, June 12 (the SE Ticket Mistress will out of town and will mail individual tickets).
Aerie Tickets: To purchase tickets in the SE Aerie (139), contact David Goodwin at outreach@screaming-eagles.com (tickets are $20).
SE Tailgate
Volunteers Needed: We need help in all of the usual areas (set up, grill, buffet, drinks and membership table). Set up is now even easier as we’ve reorganized and color coded items in the POD (so anyone beyond the 4 people who have been doing it can pitch it, come on down!) As always, volunteers eat for free. Please contact Thea at thea@screaming-eagles.com if you can help.
Sides and Desserts Needed: The sides and desserts at the SE tailgate are made possible through the generosity of our members As always, these items don’t have to be home made and you don’t have to bring enough to feed an army. If you can bring something to share, please contact Thea so we know what to expect.

Tailgate Passes
Member passes are $6, non member $10 (non member pass is good for drinks and food). Please order passes in advance, it REALLY helps with menu planning if we know how many are coming.
You can pre-order passes for pickup at the ticket pick up table (next to membership) via Paypal by sending to payments@screaming-eagles.com (in the notes section, please indicate how many you are purchasing and if member or non-member). If you order by 4 pm Friday, June 13 we will have your name on a list, after 4 pm please print off your Paypal receipt and bring with you to the tailgate (we need a confirmation of pre-payment). At the tailgate turn in your pass at the tailgate check-in table where you will receive a wristband and then you can belly up to the buffet.
Passes for the tailgate are also available for purchase on the day of the game, cash only, at the SE ticket window.

Tifo for the Nest
June 14th is Flag Day so we invite all SEs to bring a flag to wave in the Nest/Perch (suggestions are D.C. United flags, US flags, DC flags, related to the military/veterans). Poles will not be permitted into the stadium through any of the gates, so please do not bring them. If a flagpole is needed Tim will be happy to provide them inside RFK, but please contact him with flag dimensions so that a suitable pole can be provided. He can be contact at tifo@screaming-eagles.com.
We also need 12 people to help hold banners, volunteers might have to be out of their assigned seats for the five minutes prior to kick off and the minute after kick off. Please contact Tim if you can help
Donations are needed: We’re looking for white bed sheets (flat and fitted) and white pillow cases. Need to be clean with no stains. These donations will be used for special tifo for the LA game. Please drop off at the tailgate on Saturday (or you can bring to the next tifo creation party).
Missing Flags:For those who absconded with the SE flags (black and white checkered flags) provided at the May 24th game versus Toronto, please return them to an SE committee or board member at the tailgate or during the game. These flags cost money to make and buy, and need to stay with the supporter group so that they can be used for future games. Thanks to all who participate in creating items and helping at the games.
Ticket Update for Houston and LA Galaxy Game
Tickets for the rain-out game against Houston Dynamo will be honored when they reschedule the game. If your Nest/Perch ticket got destroyed in the rain, contact Nicole at tickets@screaming-eagles.com, she will keep a list of tickets that need to be reprinted.
D.C. United-LA Galaxy game, June 29: The SEs have sold about 700 tickets for this game and we still have a few single seats available in several midfield sections of the lower bowl. Tickets are $35, credit cards required for pre-payment. Contact Nicole at tickets@screaming-eagles.com

Stadium at Poplar Point, What’s Next?
As the Washington Post and Friends of the Earth have fired up the anti-stadium machine it’s important for us to continue with the pro letters (we know everyone here knows how to stand up and shout!)
For letters to the DC City Council:
Talking points can include improving the community, United deserving its own home, the new building serving as a catalyst for Ward 8 re-development and, finally, that not wanting the team to leave for MD. Other good suggestions can be found on this thread on Bigsoccer.com
